Who we are

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use this website. The site is operated under the Neural Studio name by NEURAL, which acts as data controller for the enquiries it receives.

NEURAL is registered in Morocco, at 4, Rue Oued Ziz, N° 7, Agdal, Rabat, Morocco.

Neural Studio LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

The Neural Studio name is also used by Neural Studio LLC. Messages sent from this site are received at contact@neural.ma and answered by the Neural team.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name and email address, and the company, phone number, project type, and message where you supply them.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not build profiles about you.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is your consent in submitting the form together with our legitimate interest in answering you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the site: Resend delivers the contact-form emails, and Vercel hosts the site. They process data only on our instructions and under their own data-protection commitments.

International transfers

The providers we rely on are established in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent, including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any right, email contact@neural.ma. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

If you live in Morocco, Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you equivalent rights, and you may refer a complaint to the CNDP.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is nothing to remember between visits, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies that would require your consent.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be reflected here.
